Terms of Service
Last updated: July 11, 2026
Welcome to PDF10x. By accessing or using https://pdf10x.com (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. The Service
PDF10x provides free, browser-based tools for working with PDF files and images — including merging, splitting, compressing, converting, rotating, watermarking and organizing documents. All processing is performed locally in your browser; we do not receive copies of your files.
2. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- use the Service to process documents you do not have the right to use or modify;
- attempt to disrupt, overload or interfere with the operation of the website;
- scrape, reproduce or republish the Service or its content for a competing service;
- attempt to circumvent any security or technical measures of the Service.
3. Your files and responsibility
You retain all rights to the documents you process with the Service. Because processing happens on your device, you are responsible for keeping copies of your original files. We recommend verifying the output of any tool before deleting originals.
4. Intellectual property
The Service — including its design, text, graphics and code — is owned by PDF10x and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The open-source libraries used by the Service remain subject to their respective licenses.
5. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any output will meet your requirements. Always verify important documents after processing.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PDF10x shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service.
7. Advertising
The Service is supported by third-party advertising. Advertisers are responsible for the content of their advertisements. Our use of advertising cookies is described in the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
8. Changes to the Service and Terms
We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, and may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
